The Pollyanna Theatre Company is engaged in an important and rewarding dialogue with Central Texas - all in the name of promoting children's theater and performance in order to enthrall, teach and inspire.

The award-winning theater company began in 2000 at the artistic director's kitchen table. Since that time the theater company has grown to serve thousands of children and adults with original plays and performances that encourage audience participation and enthusiasm.

The award-winning Pollyanna Theatre Company has the privilege of producing original plays written by its resident playwright. The plays sometime combine familiar fairytales with a twist, or they explore a childhood theme and enliven it for the stage.

The touring company has won numerous B. Iden Payne Awards for Children's Theatre, including best director, best actor and actress, and best costume design.
